Email Marketing 

We conduct end-to-end email marketing for Smile Tiger Coffee including flows (such as Welcome, Replenishment Reminder, Customer Winback, Customer Thank You, Abandoned Cart, etc.) as well as general campaigns. Through an integrated web of email flows and branded communication, we've been able to help Smile Tiger Coffee achieve a highly profitable, retention-based strategy to cross-sell and promote their collection online and in-store.

As Smile Tiger had both a storefront and an e-commerce store, our goals for paid advertising was both to drive traffic to their cafe located in Kitchener, and drive conversions to their e-commerce. Our team employed both social media ads and paid search in order to drive both conversions.

Subscription Marketing 

Rêveur Marketing helped to optimize and build out current subscription service offerings at Smile Tiger Coffee. This aimed at converting current customers and attracting new customers into the subscription funnel. The efforts employed used an omnichannel approach to holistically tie-in across Email & Paid Media predominantly.
